Shipping Policy

Nationwide Delivery from Our Johannesburg Hub

• Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (EFT / Instant EFT).
• Delivery Timeline: 1–3 business days nationwide via PAXI, The Courier Guy, or PUDO. Remote or outlying areas: add 1–2 extra business days.
• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight/volume, or quoted as a flat bulk rate via WhatsApp for larger orders. 

1. Free delivery applies automatically on orders over R1,000.
2. A R50 handling & packaging fee applies to all orders and is covered by Zansho.

• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number and courier link via WhatsApp or email as soon as your order dispatches.
• Risk of Loss: Zansho carries the risk until your package is handed to the courier. For bulk orders of R5,000+, we recommend adding shipping insurance ask us about this before checkout.
